Welcome to the USTC 786 Alumni Network (hereinafter referred to as "this Platform"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and this Platform. Before using the services of this Platform, please read these Terms carefully.

By using the services of this Platform, you agree to accept all the contents of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the services of this Platform.

To use the services of this Platform, you must meet the following conditions:

1. You are an alumnus of the USTC Class of 786 (1982-1986)
2. You are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity
3. The registration information you provide is true, accurate, and complete
4. You agree to comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China
5. You agree to comply with all rules and policies of this Platform

This Platform reserves the right to review and approve registration applications. For users who do not meet eligibility requirements or provide false information, we have the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts.

• You must register with your real name and not impersonate others
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure and not sharing them with others
• You should immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• We strongly recommend that you enable two-factor authentication to enhance account security
• You are fully responsible for all activities conducted using your account

• Each person can only register one account
• Buying, selling, transferring, or renting accounts is prohibited
• Accounts are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes
• Accounts that have not been used for a long time (over 2 years) may be deactivated

When using this Platform, you agree NOT to engage in the following behaviors:

• Illegal Activities: Posting content that violates the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China
• National Security Threats: Posting content that endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity
• Damage to National Honor: Posting content that damages national honor and interests
• Inciting Ethnic Hatred: Posting content that incites ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity
• Undermining Religious Policy: Posting content that undermines national religious policy, promotes cults and feudal superstitions
• Spreading Rumors: Posting content that spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability
• Obscenity and Pornography: Posting obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terrorist, or crime-inciting content
• Insult and Defamation: Posting content that insults or defames others or infringes upon their legitimate rights and interests
• False Information: Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Spam: Sending spam, advertisements, or other unsolicited commercial information
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Infringing upon others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights and interests
• Technical Sabotage: Spreading viruses, malicious code, or other content that may damage the system
• System Interference: Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of this Platform
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access others' accounts or the Platform's systems without authorization
• Data Collection: Using crawlers, robots, or other automated tools to collect data

• You retain ownership of the content you post
• By posting content, you grant this Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display, distribute, and promote your content
• You warrant that you have the right to post the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights
• You are fully responsible for the content you post

• The Platform's design, text, graphics, interface, and other content are protected by intellectual property laws
• Without permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, or otherwise use this content
• Platform logos, trademarks, and service marks belong to this Platform

To maintain a good community environment, this Platform reserves the following rights:

• Review all content posted by users
• Delete, modify, or refuse to publish content that violates these Terms or laws and regulations
• Take measures such as warnings, function restrictions, account suspension, or termination against violating users
• Report illegal activities to relevant law enforcement agencies and provide necessary information
• Preserve violating content as evidence

This Platform will make efforts to review content but is not responsible for content posted by users. Content review does not represent the Platform's endorsement of the content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

User Termination: You may stop using this Platform's services at any time and delete your account through account settings.

Platform Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances:

• You provide false information or do not meet eligibility requirements
• Your account has been inactive for a long time
• Required by laws and regulations or ordered by government agencies

After account termination, you have no right to request account restoration or access to platform data, unless otherwise provided by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you 30 days in advance through the following methods:

• Posting an announcement on the website homepage
• Sending a notification to your registered email
• Displaying a pop-up reminder on your next login

The modified terms will take effect immediately after publication. If you continue to use this Platform's services after the modifications, it means you accept the modified terms. If you do not agree with the modified terms, you should stop using this Platform's services.

Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court with jurisdiction over the location of this Platform.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible to reflect the original intent, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
